Spotted. Leighton Meester at the Chloe Boutique Opening at Milk Studio in L.A. on Thursday night. Keeping in true Gossip Girl fashion, Leighton posed for the photogs in a color coordinated ensemble...even down to her matching Loubs. Way to show the west coast how the UES does it.
